When I first got into real estate my Broker had a little plain bottle of pills on his desk. “What are those?” I asked. “Buyer remorse pills.” he replied. “We offer these to the buyers after they go under contract to help them get over the nervousness and uncertainty they often have about the biggest purchase of their lives.” Over the years, buyer remorse has been a common and consistent issue plaguing the real estate transaction.
