Homebuyers in the U.S. are fortunate to be able to leverage low and even zero down payments with FHA and VA into a piece of the American Dream. Even the 20 Percent Down Conventional loan allows today’s buyers an excellent option to take advantage of historically low interest rates and no mortgage insurance.
