I recently read a Facebook post put up by a colleague about the nature of ​t​he job of a real estate salesperson. In my opinion he was right on when he said that Real Estate Salespeople actually spend more of their time “consulting” than “selling”. If the salesperson, typically a Realtor member of the MLS and the Association of Realtors, is doing their job​,​ they are consulting with their clients through the various aspects of the process of selling and buying and they are meeting or exceeding their expectations.
